Ramah's first field pilot runs in December 2026 in Logre, Nabdam District, the poorest locality recorded in Ghana's poorest district. Three days: entry through chiefs and elders on day one, a first Widow Circle with 25 widows on day two, and school supply packages for 30 vulnerable children on day three, before Ghana's third school term. Places are capped at exactly 25 and 30. Surplus giving moves to the next cohort, disclosed at the moment you give, and never to inventing beneficiaries. An unsold place never means an excluded person: Ramah runs the pilot regardless and covers unsold places from general funds. A public report, including a simple income and spend statement, follows within 30 days.
